Sometimes its about reframing and rephrasing how you think about and see things. Instead of worrying about the worse that could happen, imagine how you'd like the outcome to be (i.e. this presentation in front of 100 people tomorrow is going to be AMAZING and everyone is going to just love me!)
Know that you can work through anxiety, lessen it, and/or make it something that propels you forward versus something that holds you back and limits you.
